Absens
In Latin, “Absent,” Absens is a typeface built on the idea of “rescuing something from the past”—in this case, a script invisible to many but very important and unique: Visigothic script. This script, unique to the Iberian Peninsula and dated between the 9th and 11th centuries, deserves the recognition and value it merits.
Thus, a display typeface has been created based on the strokes of Visigothic writing, conveying its history, elegance, and detail in each of its 176 glyphs.
